There is not much that I need to add to practicing Yoga, since Yoga has become such a popular household name. However I often say that the personal Yoga practice at home is very important and vital, you are creating the dish you like to bake your favorite cake in and the yoga classes you attend in the studios are the icing on the cake.
Yoga Therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress towards improved health and wellbeing through the application of the teaching and practices of Yoga. The goals of Yoga Therapy includes eliminating, reducing or managing symptoms that cause suffering, it will improve body function and movement; and helping to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of underlying causes of illness and moving toward improved health and wellbeing.
